Cancellation Policy
🌿 Default Session Policy Session Policies To maintain a clear, respectful, and supportive space for our work together, please review the following guidelines: 1. Scheduling - All sessions are by appointment only. - Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. - If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made within 24 hours are non‑refundable. - Missed sessions (no‑shows) are also non‑refundable. 3. Payments - Payment is required at the time of booking. - Packages must be paid in full before the first session. - Once a session or package has begun, payments are non‑refundable. 4. Packages - Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. - Unused sessions cannot be transferred or extended unless discussed in advance. 5. Communication - All communication between sessions should remain within reasonable boundaries. - Any additional support outside sessions may require a scheduled session. 6. Confidentiality - Everything shared in sessions is held with respect and confidentiality, except where required by law. 7. Responsibility - Coaching is a collaborative process. - You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. - Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health services.
